Features and Benefits

ALLSPICE is a unique neutral blend of Quaternary based disinfectant with pleasant perfume and detergents.

ALLSPICE is applicable for general disinfecting and deodorising floors, walls, waste disposal bins, in bars, bathrooms, toilets etc. in Clubs, Hotels, Motels, Schools, Amenities where a pleasant smelling product with a lasting residual aroma which will give positive control of odour producing bacteria is required.

Instructions for Use

ALLSPICE is recommended for use as a commercial grade disinfectant in lightly soiled areas such as washrooms, bars, cellars, homes etc. For regular cleaning and disinfecting of floors, walls, surfaces and utensils, in Toilets, Amenities, etc.

ALLSPICE is a neutral light duty cleaner and can be used for damp mopping all surfaces, which will not be harmed by water. If heavily soiled areas are to be cleaned and disinfected it is recommended that Cleveland product, TRIMOVE, be used.

Addition of detergents to is not required and is not recommended as they may deactivate the disinfectant.

Use a fresh solution of ALLSPICE daily, discarding any remaining unused diluted solution after use.

Dilution

General Use:1:80
Use at dilutions of up to 1 part to 80 parts water (12.5 ml of product to 1 litre of water).

Validation

T.G.A. Approved Disinfectant

ALLSPICE has been evaluated by an independent N.A.T.A accredited laboratory by the T.G.A Test Option C and passes at a dilution of 1 part ALLSPICE in 80 parts water. 1.25%).

While this test indicates that ALLSPICE at this dilution of 1:80, is able to pass the stringent requirements of the T.G.A. test, lesser dilution’s will still prove effective in reducing the level of micro-organisms to safer levels with a consequent reduction in bacteria produced odours and leave a pleasant long lasting aroma.
